Baseball Page One Updates

As you have likely noticed, we've re-worked Baseball's Page One. Our aim was to provide you better access to league communications tools, as well as a quick picture of who's hot. We hope to add additional information in the future - if you've got any suggestions for what you'd like to see there, let us know!

Note that we've added a number of links to items on Page One, including to GM Cards, Team Cards, Player Cards and the Front Office> Player Activity page.

Enjoy!

Update to FP/G Calculations

As you may have noticed, in the case of Jason Marquis, we've updated the calculation of FP/G for pitchers to remove non-pitching appearances from their games played totals. This has no impact on actual scoring, but does more accurately reflect the FP/G numbers for pitchers who get the occasional 'meaningless' at bat and/or pinch running appearance. This has only impacted about 15-20 appearances to date this season.

What are your prospects?

We're currently in the process of preparing for this June's Prospects Draft - the time of year when you get your dibs in on the next generation of MLB talent before they hit the bigs. While we're working on format changes for this season's draft (live!), we need to populate the talent pool, and this is where you can get involved if you so desire.

If you've got a prospect in mind that you think should be in the draft, head to this area of our forum and follow the instructions there to make your opinion heard.

In the past we've had people have mentioned after the draft that they thought certain "can't miss" prospects should have been included. So avoid disappointment this season, and register your opinion now!
